Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Introduction
RAAG is a music analytics workspace that helps artists and music teams connect supported platforms and view their analytics in one place.
This Privacy Policy explains what information RAAG collects, including information obtained through Google APIs, how that information is used, how it is stored, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use RAAG, we may collect:
- Account information such as your name, email address, and profile information used to create or authenticate your RAAG account.
- Information you provide directly when using RAAG, such as account settings and connected data-source information.
- Authentication information and tokens required to maintain connections to supported third-party services.
- Analytics and reporting data retrieved from services you explicitly choose to connect to RAAG.
- Technical information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
3. Google and YouTube Data
When you choose to connect a Google or YouTube account to RAAG, RAAG requests access only to the Google data necessary to provide the YouTube integration and related analytics features.
The Google permissions requested by RAAG may include:
- Basic Google identity data such as your primary Google Account email address, basic profile information, and account identity information used to identify your RAAG account.
- YouTube account information through the YouTube Data API, used to identify and connect the YouTube account or channel that you authorize with RAAG.
- YouTube Analytics information such as analytics reports and metrics associated with the authorized YouTube channel.
RAAG does not request access to your Google password. Google handles authentication and authorization, and RAAG receives authorization credentials and data permitted by the scopes you approve.
4. How We Use Google and YouTube Data
Google and YouTube data obtained through authorized APIs is used to provide the functionality you request within RAAG.
For example, RAAG may use authorized data to:
- Identify the Google account and YouTube channel you chose to connect.
- Establish and maintain your authorized YouTube connection.
- Retrieve YouTube Analytics reports for your authorized channel.
- Display YouTube analytics and related metrics inside your RAAG dashboard.
- Synchronize authorized analytics data so that you can view your connected platform information within RAAG.
- Maintain the connection securely so that authorized features continue to work.
RAAG does not use Google user data for advertising, selling user profiles, or unrelated purposes.
5. Storage and Security
When you connect a supported service, RAAG may store the authentication information required to maintain that connection and retrieve authorized data.
Authentication credentials and tokens are stored on RAAG's server-side systems and are not intentionally exposed through the client-side interface. RAAG uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect account information, authentication credentials, and connected-service data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and RAAG cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Sharing of Google User Data
RAAG does not sell Google user data.
RAAG does not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.
Google user data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that are necessary to operate RAAG, such as hosting, database, authentication, and security providers. Such processing is limited to providing and maintaining RAAG's functionality and protecting the service.
RAAG may also disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
7. Disconnecting Google or YouTube
You can disconnect your YouTube connection from RAAG's Data Sources settings. When you disconnect the service, RAAG removes the stored connection associated with that data source from the applicable account records.
You can also revoke RAAG's access to your Google Account through your Google Account settings. Revoking authorization prevents RAAG from continuing to access data through the revoked authorization.
8. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your RAAG account and associated personal information by contacting us at the support address provided below.
You may also disconnect individual third-party data sources from RAAG. Where applicable, disconnecting a service removes the stored authorization credentials associated with that connection.
Some information may need to be retained for a limited period when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
RAAG integrates with third-party services, including Google and YouTube. When you connect a third-party service, your use of that service is also subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.
RAAG only requests third-party permissions that are necessary for the features you choose to use.
10. Children's Privacy
RAAG is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when RAAG's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
12. Google API Services User Data Policy
RAAG's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are available within RAAG and for purposes permitted by Google's applicable policies.
